Quarter 4 2024 Update

We are excited to announce that Bastion Point, one of Integritas Property Group’s landmark developments in Liverpool, is only weeks from completion. This major milestone marks the culmination of months of dedicated work to deliver a modern, high-quality residential space.


All internal systems have now undergone thorough testing and surveying, ensuring the building meets our exacting specifications. We expect to receive the final sign-off certifications imminently, confirming full compliance with industry standards. This rigorous process guarantees that every aspect of the building is ready to welcome its first residents next month.


Inside Bastion Point, the fit-out has been completed with every detail carefully crafted to create a high-end living experience. The focus is now on final inspections and finishing touches, including luxury fixtures and refined décor, ensuring a perfect balance of style, comfort, and functionality for future residents.


Externally, the building’s distinctive brickwork and colonnades are now finished, delivering on the original architectural vision. Quarter 3 2024 Update

Bastion Point Liverpool | Bastion Point is almost ready to welcome its first group of tenants, with lettings already underway through Curlett Jones.

 

IPG are pleased to announce that they have now have scheduled dates for the completion of each apartment. This critical stage will help us move forward with the sign-off process at Bastion Point. These dates will ensure that all parties, including service providers, lettings, and building management, are well-informed and can plan accordingly.

 

Additionally, the developer has established a clear plan for the energisation of the building, which has now been scheduled. This vital step will allow for swift and efficient completion of the remaining connection work. Once the energisation is complete, the building will be powered up and the final tests will be conducted and inspections necessary to ensure a safe and fully operational environment. The completion is on track for the end of August.

Quarter 2 2024 Update

Externally, the brickwork on the facade is progressing well, with the support system in place to carry the load. The residence communal Sky Garden, connecting Phase 1 and Phase 2, has seen the removal of scaffolding, indicating completion of brickwork in that section. Internally, various advancements have been made, including the start of second fix in some areas, completion of insulation for external walls, delivery of kitchens, and the ongoing manufacturing of lifts offsite. 

Quarter 1 2024 Update

Adam Ross has provided an update on the interior and exterior progress of the Bastion Point project. Internally, the completed partitions, plumbing, electrics, and installation of the sprinkler system were showcased. Externally, work on the sky garden and brickwork on the facade is underway.

Quarter 4 2023 Update

Construction has progressed to the steel structure phase, with concrete works completed. The team anticipates completing a floor every two to three weeks, aiming to top out before Christmas and begin roof installation. Safety precautions prevent access to the top floor currently. The next steps involve the installation of partitions, electrical, and plumbing fixtures.

Quarter 3 2023 Update

Construction has progressed to the second floor, with concrete pouring and steel works underway. A new crane has arrived to facilitate material transfer, with steel erection set to commence within the next 10 days. The team is focused on completing floor slabs every two to three weeks.

Quarter 2 2023 Update

The structural concrete frame is progressing well with the columns and shear walls almost complete. The formwork is all on site to form first floor transfer slab. With a large element of this also in place the pouring of the slab has also commenced.

 

Once this slab is complete the Steel Formed Structure (SFS) framing will hit site towards the end of July. This is a major milestone for the project as the external frame, along with the intermediate concrete floor slabs and roof will be poured progressively over the next couple of months.

 

In total there is in excess of 2800 cubic metres of reinforced concrete in the frame and transfer slab, forming a significant feat of design engineering in itself.

Quarter 1 2023 Update

Bastion Point is a brand new development, which will offer 67 residential apartments over seven floors, adding to the already stellar collection of buildings across Liverpool.

 

Comprised of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, Bastion Point sits just a short walk to Liverpool City Centre and the World Heritage location of Albert Docks.

 

Works at Bastion Point are progressing well and once the current works are complete this will enable the first-floor concrete slab to be formed, this will then signal the completion of the ground and first-floor car park allowing the steel-formed section to rise from the ground at pace.

Quarter 4 2022 Update

Central Point is a brand new development, which will offer 67 residential apartments over seven floors, adding to the already stellar collection of buildings across Liverpool.

 

Comprised of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, Central Point sits just a short walk to Liverpool City Centre and the World Heritage location of Albert Docks
