Quarter 4 2023 Update
The finishing touches at Central Preston Tower are now underway as the development looks to fulfil its promise as one of Preston’s newest and most premium residential locations. As completions continue to happen, residents have already started to move into their new homes.
The internal fit-out to all floors is now complete, and work on the common areas is being finalised. The gymnasium, rooftop garden, and hotel-style concierge are starting to come together. All mass climbers have been removed, and the building exteriors reveal exceptional quality, setting this development apart from anything else in the city.

Quarter 3 2023 Update
Central Preston Tower continues to make excellent progress, with completions now underway. The finishing touches are also being put in place in preparation for the residents’ imminent arrival. Preston remains one of the most exciting investment locations in the UK, and we are thrilled to witness this development nearing completion.
Quarter 2 2023 Update
Comprising 200 stylish apartments, Central Preston Tower in Preston sets a new benchmark for property in the city. Recent developments mark significant progress towards completion at this exciting development.
The internal fit-out from levels 2 to 5 has advanced, with only carpets and vinyl left to be fitted on the upper floors. Ongoing snagging ensures impeccable quality throughout. Construction of the remaining 19 apartments on level 1 is progressing excellently, with access to the mass climbers on this level now removed.
The first fix of dry lining is complete, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing building services first fix stage is currently underway. Externally, the facade’s brickwork, PPC shrouds, and render are accelerating, with windows and Juliet balconies nearing completion on all elevations.
In the upcoming period, mass climbers will be progressively removed, and the finished product is looking fantastic. Preston currently stands as one of the most exciting investment locations in the UK, and we are thrilled to witness this development nearing completion.
Quarter 1 2023 Update
Fast progress is also being made at Central Preston Tower, our development in Preston. Joinery, kitchen installation, bathroom tiling, sanitary wear installation, and all other mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works are complete up to level seven. Vinyl flooring has also been completed up to level 5, with decorators following the teams up through the floors as they progress.
Externally, the facade is well advanced on all elevations, with a focus on brickwork, render, and shrouds to the upper roofs. In the coming quarter, attention will be given to finalising these elements. Finally, all four lifts in the building are installed and operational, marking another milestone in the project’s advancement.
