How We Work

Viewings

We work with a network of agents across the UK to handle all property viewings. When we receive inbound enquiries, we pass the details to our local agents, who manage the entire viewing process on our behalf.

Referencing

This process is fully digital, saving time for both landlords and our team. Applicants pay their holding deposit via the platform and link their bank accounts for referencing, allowing us to verify monthly income and affordability. This streamlines the referencing process, reducing it to a maximum of 48 hours. Once completed, the AST is published and signed digitally.
 
We also handle legal updates to ensure compliance with government legislation, while tenant reminders and payments are managed seamlessly through the platform.

Property Management

We provide 24/7 online support for landlords and tenants. Maintenance issues are tendered, with quotes shared directly with landlords via the platform. We also conduct six-monthly property inspections with photo documentation.

 

 

Our service includes a complimentary annual maintenance budget starting at £50.00 + VAT, up to £250.00 + VAT, to cover minor repairs at no additional cost, protecting landlords’ yield.
