I have spent nearly nine years in property, six of them here at Advantage, helping investors work out which opportunities are worth pursuing and which are not.
Most of the clients I work with are investors at different stages of their journey. They value having someone who has already done the analysis, understands the numbers and can give them a clear view on whether an opportunity stacks up, rather than simply sending over properties and leaving them to figure it out themselves.
