Lucy’s efforts have helped simplify the process of property investment for potential investors. This was recognised by the International Property Awards, awarding Advantage with Best Property Marketing in the UK in 2023/24 and 2024/25. Aiding and clarifying the property investment journey for clients lays at the heart of her marketing strategy. Lucy ensures that clients are as well-informed on the property market and Advantage as much as possible.
One key initiative Lucy is leading is the creation of a placement partnership with Liverpool Hope University, where she earned her degree in marketing. This initiative provides students with valuable work experience and allows Lucy to make a positive impact on the community by supporting local students in gaining practical skills. This includes Katie, who joined Advantage as a full-time marketing executive after completing a part-time placement during her time at university.
